This is not your typical marketing role. You will own the entire eCommerce strategy - from product and digital storefronts to content, pricing, performance, and the funnel experience. This role is for a strategic thinker, a hands-on doer, and a relentless optimizer.
We're looking for someone with startup grit and a "never say die" attitude - someone who sees ambiguity as an opportunity, not a blocker. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves, build something new, and experiment until you find what works.

What does the Job Entail?
- Own the eCommerce P&L: You'll be the mini-CEO of our eCommerce business, responsible for revenue, growth, and experience.
- Build & scale a network of microsites tied to specific forms, industries, and services.
- Lead product strategy: Naming, pricing, and positioning our services to be easy to understand, buy, and fulfill online.
- Drive content and conversion: Optimize messaging, UX, site flows, email journeys, and CTAs to improve engagement and sales.
- Fuel growth through performance marketing: Partner with digital marketers to run data-driven campaigns and iterate fast.
- Create a testing engine: Establish a culture of experimentation, testing everything from landing page layouts to upsell offers.
- Obsess over the data: Track KPIs, build dashboards, analyze behavior, and use insights to inform every decision.
- Lead with influence: Collaborate cross-functionally to bring the eCommerce vision to life.

- A data storyteller. You speak the language of GA, PowerBI, A/B testing, and conversion funnels.
- A team player. You work well with marketers, product people, and engineers alike.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, product marketing, or digital growth roles.
- Experience launching and scaling digital storefronts or services (bonus if SaaS or service-based).
- Familiarity with digital marketing/eCommerce tech like Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong content marketing skills with a focus on conversion and clarity.
- Proven success in performance marketing and funnel optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead without authority.
- Clear communicator with strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, scrappiness, and working in a test-and-learn environment.
