Prior to Unify, Austin led Ramp's growth product team focused on new customer acquisition, and Connor was a machine learning research engineer at Scale AI. About the Role

As our first Product Marketing Lead, you'll be instrumental in defining how Unify communicates its product to the world. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution to position Unify as a category-defining leader in the go-to-market space. Collaborating with growth, product, and sales teams, you'll craft compelling narratives and deliver content that shows customers why we matter.

We're looking for someone who shares our obsession with quality, craft, and data. You'll think from first principles to shape our product story, using both creative instinct and metrics to guide the way. From product launches to category creation, you'll build the foundation of product marketing at Unify and set the tone for how we connect with and educate our customers.

What You'll Do
  • Own Product Positioning: Develop and refine messaging that clearly communicates Unify's unique value, informed by customer insights and competitive analysis, to resonate with our target audience. We're creating a new category and you'll help us do that.
  • Lead Launch Strategies: Plan and execute product launches, working closely with product, sales, and growth teams to align vision and maximize impact
  • Drive Product Education: Create resources and strategies that empower users to understand, adopt, and maximize value from Unify's platform
  • Craft Compelling Narratives: Partner with growth and product teams to develop compelling blogs, webinars, whitepapers, and social campaigns that amplify our product stories
  • Measure and Optimize: Own product marketing metrics, track the effectiveness of campaigns, and continuously iterate to improve outcomes
What You'll Need
  • 4-6+ years of B2B product marketing experience
  • Experience with high-growth startups and navigating fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into compelling narratives
  • Strategic thinking paired with tactical execution; you can see the big picture but love getting your hands dirty
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and drive decisions with data
  • Bonus: Basic design skills (Figma), Video content creation experience, AI content generation tools
