About the Team
The marketing team is currently seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to work primarily out of our Port Orchard, WA, Union City, or Los Angeles CA office and manufacturing facility. The marketing team consists of four parts - strategy, product development, content creation, and operations, working together to create, promote our brand and nurture our customer journey. At Tournesol Siteworks, it's the marketing team's job to lead us to future growth!
About the Role
As the Product Marketing Manager, you'll work directly with the Director of Marketing, Creative Director and with the Product Development Group to develop and create new content to support the customer journey and the business development team. You'll be expected to know our market and understand its competitive environment, the customer base, and stay on top of developing market trends. You'll have a direct hand in accomplishing our main goals - to improve the customer journey and help the company grow.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on tenure, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct competitor analysis & market research, become an expert with respect to the competitive landscape.
- Support from end-to-end the product marketing development cycle bringing new products to market.
- Oversee and revamp technical marketing documents - including new graphics, drawings, copy and layout changes etc.
- Act as the customer advocate articulating the user's and buyer's needs.
- Create 2D and 3D product visualizations with input from the Head of Marketing, Creative Director, and Design Director. Develop use-case scenarios and technical illustrations that describe how products work and highlight benefits.
- Develop and deliver training for internal teams. Prepare content for external presentations.
- Develop or update CEU (continuing education unit) content.
- Develop sales tools and collateral, such as webinars, ads, PR campaigns, and materials for tradeshows. Ensure all content aligns with brand standards.
- Design assets for social media, emails, and other marketing channels, and write copy as needed.
- Set up social marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and engage target audiences.
- Help manage Tournesol's ecommerce experience and develop content to support the user experience.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in marketing or equivalent working experience
- Minimum 5 to 8 years marketing experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills -must be able to articulate themselves quickly!
- Enjoy being part of a team, but also feel comfortable working on your own and taking initiative
- Experienced with Microsoft Office, Adobe CreativeSuite and CMS/FTP Management
- Strong Graphic design skills - Adobe Creative Suite
Highly Desirable Skills
- Experience using AutoCAD, Keyshot, Sketchup or other Rendering Software
- Video editing and content creation experience
