About the role

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join the Fabric team. In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape how our rapidly growing portfolio of products is brought to market-crafting positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audiences and drives deeper engagement across the portfolio.

You'll partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Strategy, and the broader Marketing team to launch products and features, differentiate Fabric in a crowded space, and elevate our story with buyers and customers.

What you'll do

  • Own positioning, messaging, and value proposition development for key products and segments, grounded in market and customer insights
  • Drive strategy and execution for new product launches and major feature releases
  • Partner with broader marketing team to produce thought leadership, case studies, and product storytelling that resonates with health systems, payers, and employers
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards)
  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence, arming Sales and CS with tools to win and retain customers
  • Work with Product and Customer Success to gather voice-of-customer insights that inform roadmap, messaging, and market strategy
  • Support Sales, Strategy, and Product teams in developing ROI proofpoints and value story of our product lineup

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in Product Marketing, ideally in health tech, SaaS or B2B enterprise; equivalent experience in marketing strategy/consulting also considered
  • Proven ability to translate complex/technical concepts into clear, differentiated messaging
  • Experience supporting sales teams with enablement and competitive positioning
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Strong storyteller with a sharp eye for content and design; good intuition how to tailor the right level of detail for each audience
  • Strategic thinker with independent drive to get things done
  • Bonus: Familiarity with healthcare landscape, particularly marketing to health systems, payers, and/or employers

Expected compensation range for this role is $90,000-130,000 for NYC-based candidates; range may vary for candidates outside of the NYC metro area. Compensation is dependent on experience, overall fit to our role, and candidate location. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time. If your compensation requirement is greater than our posted salary ranges, please still consider applying to our role. We will make a determination as to whether an exception can be made.
