IntelliTrans, (ITL), a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROP) is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team hybrid in Atlanta, GA or Conway, Arkansas.
Job Summary: IntelliTrans provides multi-modal transportation management solutions for rail, truck freight with specialization in freight visibility, shipment execution, and analytics. We stand out with expertise in bulk and break-bulk shipping and real-time freight tracking and our solutions combine technology and deep logistics experience, serving industries like manufacturing, agriculture, energy, and chemicals. We are seeking a self-driven, energetic and results-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager/ Go-to-Market Leader to lead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our Enterprise TMS platform. This role will bridge the gap between product development and market, ensuring alignment with customer needs and competitive market trends & will be crucial to leadership positioning in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Create and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience in the truck and rail freight Clearly communicate our product's value proposition, differentiation.
- Go-to-Market Launch Develop go-to-market strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and sustained market Inform market pricing and promotions on new products.
- Sales Enablement: Develop robust sales enablement tools and training, empowering the sales team with the knowledge and resources to effectively position and sell our TMS platform.
- Internal Enablement: Develop robust internal enablement program (sales, success, support, operations) empowering the internal teams with the knowledge and resources to support the customers using TMS platform
- Customer Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, gathering feedback and insights from customers and prospects to refine product messaging and guide product management decisions.
- Market Analysis & Insight: Conduct ongoing market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive movements. Use these insights to inform product positioning.
- Thought Leadership & Content Creation: Position IntelliTrans as an industry thought leader by producing impactful content, such as whitepapers, webinars, and speaking engagements, that showcase our expertise and solutions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors in Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA Highly Desired
Work Experience:
- 7-10 years of product marketing experience, preferably with enterprise B2B software products (e.g. health care, security. logistics or similar complex domains)
- Deep understanding of supply chain or logistics or TMS solutions, with a focus on truck and rail Direct experience in the industry will be a huge plus
- Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for complex SaaS products & platforms
- Prior experience working on SaaS business models, pricing, revenue models & customer retention strategies
Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills and a knack for translating complex concepts into compelling
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and competitive Strong project management abilities.
- Customer-focused and confident in high-pressure
- Effective in matrixed environments, cross functional teams that are globally distributed and varying time zones
- Hands on Data analysis skills (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
- Willing to travel as needed.
