Become a trusted product marketing manager in a highly visible role, where you will play a pivotal part within an integrated marketing team, collaborating closely with product management, business unit leadership, engineering, and global sales teams to launch and promote cutting-edge high-tech products. Job Responsibilities:
  • Go-to-Market Strategy
    • Leading the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging
    • Crafting compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and clearly communicates the unique value of our products.
    • Ability to translate engineering descriptions to align for consumption within the marketplace.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Growth, Business Development, Sales teams to gather insights, align on product roadmaps, and ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborating with subject matter experts, generating content such as white papers, sales training material, datasheets, brochures and similar collateral.
    • Coordinating with the brand experience and events team on tradeshows and virtual events.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conducting in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and market opportunities. Using relevant data to inform marketing strategies and product improvements.
  • Sales Enablement
    • Creating sales collateral, presentations, and tools that equip the sales, growth, and business development teams with the information and materials needed to close deals effectively.
  • Customer Insights and Feedback
    • Gathering customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and other performance methods to measure and understand pain points and product needs. Use these insights to shape marketing strategies and product development.
  • Campaign Management
    • Overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, engagement, and conversion. Measuring and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Thought Leadership
    • Establishing the company and its subject matter experts as a thought leader in the industry by producing high-quality content, case studies, white papers, and webinars.

Required Qualifications:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree & a minimum of 10 years of experience, 5 of which are in a high-tech B2B or B2G environment.
  • Exceptional writing and editing expertise, with a background in translating complex topics into targeted messaging for technical and government sectors.
  • Proficient in various marketing strategies and platforms, including digital marketing, content creation, events, and paid media campaigns.
  • Experience in event management to include vendor and booth relations, budget, logistics, sales enablement and marketing collateral, and lead collection.
  • Knowledgeable about technology-related topics, including enterprise IT, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and federal government operations.
  • Skilled in creating, organizing, connecting, and tracking complex marketing campaign activities to enhance overall effectiveness and visibility.
  • Experience collaborating across teams, including marketing, business units, and external partners, to drive initiatives forward.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the technology industry, in federal government operations, developing B2B and B2G website content
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics, SEO/SEM and experience in product marketing strategy campaign creation


Responsibility Statement: Aggregates, analyzes and organizes information about the products and services for which marketing materials are developed in support of strategic social, employer brand and engagement campaigns. Implements, manages and measures campaigns providing key takeaways and recommendations and drawing ties back to the strategic goals. Manages blog process, ensuring a full and forward-looking calendar of content is planned and delivered. Develops marketing communication materials in audio, video, print and online formats. Reviews and provides initial approval of final proofs (image, video and written copy); edits materials where needed, to ensure consistent messaging, voice and design integrity.
