The ideal candidate will be a strategic, creative, and data-driven Product Marketing Manager looking to help shape the future of how people celebrate. We're looking for a passionate and results-oriented individual to lead go-to-market strategies, define product positioning, and build compelling user messaging across the Evite platform. You'll be the bridge between Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams-translating product innovation into clear value for our users and driving adoption, engagement, and growth. Come join the party!

Core Capabilities:

Develop GTM Strategies
  • Lead and manage all new product launches and feature rollouts from setting clear launch goals, identifying high-impact strategic launch activities, customer journey mapping and go-to-market launch plans.
  • Define and track KPIs that drive user acquisition, activation, and engagement. Partner with Product teams to optimize in-product messaging, onboarding, and feature discovery.

Guide Positioning & Messaging
  • Lead the development of product positioning and messaging, leveraging deep customer insights, funnel data, and competitive intelligence to inform decisions.
  • Partner with brand & copy to craft compelling product narratives that resonate with our users-whether hosts planning their kid's birthday or businesses organizing large-scale events.
  • Monitor competitive trends, particularly from a product offering and feature set standpoint, in order to inform our value proposition and the evolution of our positioning.

Be the Expert on Customers, Competitors & The Market
  • Conduct competitive analysis, customer interviews, and surveys to uncover user needs, segment behavior, and shape product positioning.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of our product offering, full user-funnel, and pricing to determine the most appealing attributes to users, while also collaborating with creative and product teams to clearly and succinctly communicate the benefits to all target segments, both on-site and off-platform.
  • Be the champion of our product both internally and externally to educate others on the benefits and use cases of our product and also to advocate for product improvements and optimizations based on what the market needs and wants.

Enable Campaigns Across Channels
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Brand to drive multi-channel campaigns across email, push, web, paid social, and more.
  • Own and manage the strategic use and planning of both new and existing owned marketing placements (e.g. on-site, transaction email, and app) to drive awareness and conversion for all marketing efforts, in partnership with the Merchandising and Product teams.

Preferred Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in product marketing or a related function (B2C experience preferred; B2B2C or marketplace experience a plus)
  • Deep empathy for users and an intuitive grasp of their needs and motivations
  • Strategic thinker with strong writing chops and an eye for clean, crisp messaging
  • Highly cross-functional: thrives working across Product, Design, Marketing, and Analytics
  • Experience launching consumer-facing products and iterating quickly based on performance
  • Comfortable with data-both qualitative and quantitative-and able to make decisions grounded in insights
  • Bonus: Familiarity with digital invitations, event planning, or social platforms

The compensation range for this role is $130-170K.
