As a flexible-first organization, this role requires the Product Marketing Manager to be onsite at the office or meeting with clients two-three days a week.
What you'd be doing in this role
As a Product Marketing Manager at Nextpoint, you'll be the voice that brings our product story to life-connecting what we build with why it matters. You'll work across teams to craft compelling messaging, launch go-to-market strategies, and translate complex features into clear, valuable solutions for our customers.
In this role, you'll own everything from building product narratives and sales enablement tools to conducting competitive analysis and supporting product launches. Your goal? To help our teams understand what sets us apart and ensure our customers do too-so they can adopt and love our solutions with confidence.
You'll be at the center of it all: working with Product, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to keep our positioning sharp, relevant, and impactful. We'll count on you to drive product adoption, improve onboarding, and support retention efforts with smart, strategic campaigns. The impact you'll make
- Get to know our customers inside and out: You'll dive into customer interviews, market research, and industry trends to uncover what truly matters to our users. Your insights will help shape how we position our products and guide what we build next.
- Shape the story of our products: You'll turn complex features into clear, compelling messages that resonate. From value propositions to sales tools, you'll make sure every team-from sales to client success-can confidently communicate what makes our products stand out.
- Build go-to-market strategies that drive results: You'll lead the charge on product launches, partnering with cross-functional teams to roll out new features and products in a way that gets noticed. Your strategies will help customers adopt quickly and see value right away.
- Support our sales and client success teams: You'll create playbooks, battle cards, and training sessions that help teams sell smarter and support better. When a new feature drops or a product evolves, you'll make sure everyone's ready to talk about it.
- Help our customers grow with us: You'll work with the client success team to highlight success stories, build educational content, and identify new opportunities to help customers get even more out of Nextpoint. Your work will fuel upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies.
- Create content that connects: From presentations to webinars and everything in between, you'll develop product marketing content that educates, informs, and inspires. You'll make sure it's always aligned with our messaging and adds value for our audience.
- Be a connector and a collaborator: You'll work closely with product, marketing, sales, and client success to ensure alignment at every step. Whether it's feedback from the field or insights from the market, you'll help connect the dots to make our products even better.
Your expertise
- You have 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a SaaS or B2B tech environment, and know how to bring products to life through smart positioning and storytelling.
- You've successfully launched go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and growth-you know what works and how to pivot when needed.
- You're comfortable turning complex data into clear insights, and you use those insights to shape your messaging and influence product direction.
- You're a strong communicator who can write, present, and collaborate across teams with clarity and confidence.
- You've worked closely with product, sales, and marketing teams before-and you know how to keep everyone aligned and moving forward.
- You have experience using CRM tools (like Salesforce) and marketing platforms to track performance and measure impact.
- You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field-or equivalent experience that shows you're ready to lead in this space.
- You're legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
