Big Fish Games is looking for a results-drive Product Marketing Manager to help drive product success across the player lifecycle. An ideal candidate for this role will be a strategic and tactical marketing manager for CRM and Lifecycle Marketing, eager to play a role in growing the Product Marketing discipline at Big Fish.
You'll execute marketing initiatives which will drive customer engagement, retention, monetization and win-back. You'll be a professional with a particular focus on generating and iterating player journeys and aligning marketing with development teams at all stages of live game management.

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

Big Fish Games is looking for a results-drive Product Marketing Manager to help drive product success across the player lifecycle. You'll execute marketing initiatives which will drive customer engagement, retention, monetization and win-back. You'll be a professional with a particular focus on generating and iterating player journeys and aligning marketing with development teams at all stages of live game management.
Lifecycle Marketing Excellence
- Have knowledge of CRM (email, inbox, interstitial, push) systems such as Leanplum, Salesforce, Braze or Adobe, managing marketing tools connected to product integration and continual management.
- Alongside Product and Marketing leadership, work at a tactical level while addressing potential business challenges, diving deep and digging up insights.
- Serve as a marketing point of contact for development teams, providing marketing insight and guidance to studio leadership and ensuring marketing opportunities and interests are represented for live operations and ongoing development across the company's portfolio of games.
- Execute on strategies that produce holistic customer experiences, mapping the customer lifecycle and focusing on key strategic opportunities across the pivotal stages of the customer journey.
- Perform competitive product analysis and teardowns while maintaining a thorough understanding of the competitors landscape and market trends.
Live Campaign Management
- Manage player communications across the entire lifecycle of our casual games to increase engagement and monetization within our live titles.
- Lead tactical player comms and go-to-market campaign planning for channels including email, cross-promo, push, platforms, and in-game marketing tools.
- In collaboration with Product and Marketing leadership, execute testing roadmaps to continuously improve multi-channel (push, email, in-game, etc.) performance that lead to growth.
- Manage and socialize marketing calendars and marketing plans to support content releases and live operations promotional planning.
- Identify and pursue opportunities within the product roadmap for featuring, maintain a roadmap and prepare featuring asks for partners.
- Use data to analyze and optimize performance of our marketing channels and share results with cross-functional and executive leadership.
- Communicate timeline, risks, issues, and mitigation plans both verbally and in written format.
What We're Looking For

- An individual comfortable with taking direction and working towards goals in a largely autonomous direction, seeking out information proactively and driving projects towards delivery.
- Ability to lead a team and/or manage direct reports with focus on guidance, collaboration, and delegation of necessary department tasks
- Entrepreneurial with bright ideas around how to optimize product marketing at Big Fish.
- A great communicator, with good presenting skills and a strong ability to build relationships with key partners across senior levels.
- Flexibility, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment.
- Excellent analytical, verbal and writing skills.
Must have
- 5+ years of experience in the product marketing or other customer-facing function of a company, preferably in online entertainment products.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent in-role experience.
