Our platform leverages AI/ML to establish the foundational video-based data model for early intervention and developmental disorders. Product Operations Analyst (Data and Insights)

The Role:

As a Product Operations Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and product optimization. You'll leverage your technical skills in SQL and data analysis to extract valuable insights from our data, build robust reporting dashboards, and support our product teams in making data-informed decisions.

What You'll Do:
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Use SQL to extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain SQL queries to automate data extraction and reporting.
  • Dashboard Development and Reporting:
    • Build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
    • Create clear and concise data visualizations to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Develop automated reports to track key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Product Operations Support:
    • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand product requirements and data needs.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve product features and user experience.
    • Support data collection processes and ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with clinical teams, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
    • Effectively communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of 1 a team.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or technology environment is a plus.

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual's qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. All full time employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, and responsible PTO.

Expected salary range in Denver

$75,000-$120,000 USD
