Summary of Position:

The Product Operations Manager will build processes, troubleshoot issues with your team, and collaborate across teams to ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. This role will also play a critical role in ensuring efficient incident management, and operational excellence within the AdTech ecosystem. The Product Operations Manager will be the go-to point for all related processes.

Essential Functions:
  • Build and lead a high-performing product operations team focused on client enablement, support, and operational excellence.
  • Develop proactive, data-driven support processes to ensure clients achieve maximum value from our AdTech products, including DSPs, publisher apps, data platforms, and ad measurement tools.
  • Partner with product teams to relay client feedback and influence roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with AdOps teams to optimize campaign setup and troubleshooting workflows and align with sales teams to meet client goals and streamline operational workflows.
  • Operational Optimization: Implement tools and technologies to enhance support efficiency.
  • Establish feedback loops to identify trends, improve processes, and optimize client interactions.
  • Define and track key performance metrics for product operations and client support.

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee in this position frequently communicates with other co-workers/clients who have inquiries about the various projects and other needs. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. The employee in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operate a computer and office machinery such as a calculator, keyboard, copy machine, and printer. Frequently moves boxes with equipment weighing up to 25lbs across the building and/or to other offsite buildings for various project needs.

    Required Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
    • 5+ Years of Experience

    Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of experience in the AdTech industry, with a focus on Ad Operations, product operations, or similar roles.
    • Expertise in AdTech platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk, or similar), data segmentation, and ad measurement tools.
    • Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising workflows, including DSP and publisher operations.
    • Proven experience setting up and managing incident management processes.
    • Exceptional communication skills with a client-first approach to problem-solving.
    • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Zendesk, or other support platforms.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
    • Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools
