We are seeking experienced Product Strategy & Operations Manager for the Ads Creative & Ecosystem Monetization team. In this role, you will focus on building products that empower advertisers with actionable insights through advanced creative methodologies, such as creative measurement and influencer marketing strategies, to enhance performance. You will collaborate cross-functionally to improve ad effectiveness, enhance marketing measurement, and drive innovation in the creative and influencer marketing space. Strong expertise in Product Operations capabilities is required, along with a deep understanding of media and creator strategy, data analysis, and measurement. Responsibilities: - Responsible for scaling TikTok's influencer marketing business, with a focus on brand marketing or CPS (Cost Per Sale) models; familiar with influencer methodologies in content marketing scenarios; accountable for metrics such as influencer-driven GMV and ad spend. - Develop business goals and growth strategies, including client segmentation, benefits and incentive strategies; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous growth of both client and influencer supply; work closely with product teams to optimize processes and innovate business models to ensure sustainable scaling. - Integrate influencer-generated content with ad delivery processes, unlocking the advertising value of influencer content to drive increased ad spend.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above - 4+ years of experience in product operations; experience in influencer marketing, advertising, or data analysis is a plus. - Strong understanding of brand marketing, seeding strategies, or affiliate business models, with the ability to formulate practical and effective growth strategies. - Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, able to drive projects in complex business environments and identify and solve key problems. Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency with creative tools and platforms, content management systems, and advertising platforms, with a focus on optimizing content for various digital channels. - Experience in audience research, data analysis, and large language model (LLM) content understanding

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103200 - $244888 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
