Fanatics Collectibles is looking for an Autograph Operations Associate Manager who is responsible for workload and capacity planning, managing and resolving escalations, driving process improvements, and assisting with day-to-day operations. The Autograph Operations Associate Manager will report directly to the Autograph Operations Manager and is expected to 1) assist with oversight of the core Autograph Operations functions to include Shipping and Receiving, Quality Control, and Inventory Management 2) effectively partner with cross-functional teams to streamline operations 3) compile and analyze reports to assess teams' productivity and KPI's. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with top-notch analytical skills, a demonstrated propensity for solving difficult problems, and a clear team-first mindset. Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product Development, Athlete Partnerships, Manufacturing, and Project Management to effectively track and manage autographs for products
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for all autograph related matters
- Foster meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and effectively collaborate on business needs
- Assist with managing the end-to-end process for autographs across all core functions
- Drive process improvements within the department to streamline and automate ways of working for associates as needed
- Coach, train, and mentor associates in all aspects of Autograph Operations
The Ideal Candidate:
- Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX based (or willingness to relocate)
- 3-4 years prior experience in manufacturing, production environments, or project management OR 3+ years of prior military service, required
- 1+ years prior leadership experience with managing teams of 25+ associates, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or finance preferred
- Strong experience with data management and visualization tools (PowerBI, Airtable), preferred
- Proficient experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Oracle Fusion), preferred
- Strong analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), required
- Prior experience with data management systems such as Airtable, a plus
