Topgolf is looking for a seasoned product leader to drive the transformation of the integrations between our point of sale and our solution providers, modernizing the experience and delivering value and efficiencies for both our internal team members (Playmakers) and our customers (Players). The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and prioritizing integration requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the development of seamless and efficient system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Product - 50%
  • Develop a clear and compelling vision for system integrations, aligning with overall product and organizational goals.
  • Define and communicate the strategic direction for integration capabilities within the product portfolio.
  • Create and maintain a well-defined backlog of integration features, enhancements, and user stories.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive integration roadmap, aligning with release cycles and business objectives.
  • Define clear and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for development teams, ensuring alignment with integration requirements.
  • Collaborate on API specifications, data mapping, and other integration-related activities.


Project - 50%
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and partners, to gather and prioritize integration requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of integration requirements and priorities.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust the roadmap based on changing business needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to validate and ensure the successful implementation of integration features.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners involved in system integrations.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years as an innovative technology product owner in high growth, fast-paced industries required
  • Demonstrated leadership of digital transformation in hospitality industry required
  • Prior experience working or leading a QA team is desired
  • Prior experience working as an integration engineer is desired
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills required
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Sound judgment, decision-making and organizational savvy
  • Possess a desire to build great technology teams and develop others
  • Experience building integrations with front office systems, such as Salesforce, Custom game systems, Mobile Ordering & Payment, is preferred
  • Experience building integrations with back office systems, such as HotSchedules Labor, Crunchtime Inventory Management, Tiphaus Tipping, AWS Data Warehouse, Workday (Provisioning & Payroll), is preferred
  • Passion for golf highly preferred!
