Description
Everi is seeking a dynamic and product-focused Product Owner III to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of Everi's customer-facing casino loyalty solutions by managing the product lifecycle, gathering and communicating requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams. Your technical understanding of backend software architecture and passion for building great products will help shape the next generation of gaming experiences.
Must be located in Las Vegas, NV or Detroit, MI.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Own and manage the product backlog, translating business goals into prioritized user stories.
- Define and document product requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and designers to refine features and ensure delivery aligns with vision.
- Track and communicate product progress, risks, and issues across teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert, supporting product demos, training, and documentation.
- Lead requirement gathering, market analysis, and customer research to drive innovation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage security-related product requirements.
- Support successful go-live activities, including pilot launches, handoff to operations, and customer onboarding.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Certification: Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, or equivalent certification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience:
- 5-8 years in a product owner, business analyst, or project management role.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner.
- Experience in the gaming or casino industry is a plus, but not required.
- Strong technical understanding of backend software architecture and SDLC processes.
- Proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and user stories.
- Strong market awareness and a customer-focused, innovation-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working independently or in cross-functional teams.
- Must be located near Las Vegas or Detroit office for hands-on testing and in-person team engagement.
