Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR ServiceNow Employee Experience Product Owner to join our team, focused on enhancing the employee experience by integrating and optimizing various HR systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems and processes, with a specific emphasis on ServiceNow. You will work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Share Services, IT, HR Technology to understand their challenges and develop innovative solutions using various technologies. Your expertise in talent acquisition systems will be crucial in enhancing our hiring processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HR COEs, HR Shared Services, Payroll, IT and other business groups to gather and prioritize requirements
  • Act as the Product Owner for HR ServiceNow solutions, driving the roadmap and prioritization of features to improve employee experience.
  • Lead system configuration projects. Responsibilities include leading discovery meetings, creating user stories and workflow diagrams, gathering and documenting requirements, configurations, leading prototype review sessions, testing, deployment and training
  • Responsible for configuration, testing and delivery of functionalities in ServiceNow
  • Engage with employees and managers to understand their needs and incorporate into the designs of the solutions
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements in talent acquisition systems.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure the systems are user-friendly, efficient, and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years business related experience
  • In depth knowledge of HR and payroll processes, HR data, HRIS structure and design
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on HR systems and talent acquisition.
  • Hands-on configurations experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform required, including case management, knowledge base management and portal management required.
  • Demonstrated experience with HR processes, preferably with HR operations/shared services
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR COEs and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with various HCMs such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, UKG. Oracle preferred.
  • Experience with UX and visual design software such as; Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva

Bonus or Equity
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 101,500.00 - 188,500.00
