U.S. Electrical Services is looking for a Product Owner to join its Digital Product Team

Product Owner Responsibilities
Collaborate across Digital & IT teams (application development, data, support, and internal business partners) to determine the best solutions by researching alternatives, performing functional analysis, and designing/implementing business transformation projects.
Communicate effectively to business partners, IT teams and Leadership on status, risks and roadblocks, and aid team members to overcome obstacles by working collaboratively.
Serve as the SME for planning and managing the implementation of a decided upon solution, including and any required integrations.
Execute against a prioritized backlog to deliver highest value initiatives aligned with business strategies.
Develop knowledge of supported business processes and system configuration to support, optimize and transform process across the business partners.
Actively participate in sprint activities to ensure development team alignment.
Champion customer-centric products, advocating for their needs throughout the product lifecycle.
Conduct user acceptance testing to validate product functionality and quality.
Manage product backlogs, defining and prioritizing user stories to maximize business value.
Ensure data confidence and reliability through data quality standards, controls, and monitoring

Experience/Qualifications:
Proficient in all stages of product management lifecycle, with strong analytic and critical thinking skills to represent both business and technical needs
Experience understanding and diagraming complex business processes, gathering functional requirements, providing support and guidance to internal IT teams and external vendors as they develop technical solutions.
Ability to guide stakeholders through problem definition, requirements gathering, and implementation
Knowledge of asset maintenance and reliability processes and how they integrate with data analytics platforms.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices, particularly as they apply to electrical distribution industry
