You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and product managers to translate customer needs into actionable, high-impact requirements, driving product development and backlog management. What You'll Do:
- Roadmap Management: Maintain and update the product roadmap to align with strategic business objectives.
- Feature Design & Documentation: Work with the Product Manager to define features, gather requirements, and document functionality.
- User Stories & Backlog: Own and refine user stories to ensure clear, actionable tasks for development teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead seamless handoffs of feature designs, ensuring business requirements are met.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in Scrum ceremonies, guiding teams and providing clarity on backlog items.
- Quality & Testing: Define and validate acceptance criteria, support test case reviews, and ensure features meet the highest standards.
- Release Management: Oversee feature verification, manage release preparation, and maintain release notes and documentation.
- Communication: Ensure smooth deployment and keep stakeholders informed of release activities.

What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 4+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role with strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum.
- Skills: Proficiency in backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), SDLC, and product development.
- Bonus: Experience with Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) or automation software is a plus.
