With a focus on Agile methodologies and a collaborative approach, you will work with various stakeholders to ensure our products meet the strategic objectives of our clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role within a large program environment.
• Proven ability to define and prioritize product backlogs for complex initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and principles.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Understanding of the financial services industry, specifically small business banking.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with API integrations and microservices architecture.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Understand and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into clear and actionable requirements.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value and strategic goals.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide clear direction to the development team.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of delivered products.
