Work performed in an office and plant environment. Required to wear safety glasses and wear steel toe shoes while performing specific tasks or while in specific manufacturing areas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and perform the Production Control department's half-year activities plan as well as the yearly activities plan.
- Develop and perform the activities that are necessary to maintain optimum inventory and logistics planning.
- Develop an excellent communication with customers and suppliers. Solve and improve any issues if necessary.
- Instruct and monitor the coherence of manufacturing plan and material purchasing plan.
- Monitor and promote improvement on each process that is related to the quantity of products from the point of purchasing of material until shipment of the products.
- Instruct and monitor Kaizen activities regarding production information as well as the material flow.
- Plan and promote systemizing (utilize more computers) of the Material Control and Warehouse duties.
- Develop employees' training plan and perform and evaluate the result of training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree with more than 10 years of experience in related field.
- Have more than 5 years of experience in supervising material control employees.
- Have knowledge of material control and inventory control techniques.
- Have knowledge of TS16949/ISO14000.
- Have good communication skills.
- Must be able to use MSWord and Excel and PowerPoint.
