As a Production Designer, you will combine creativity and technical skills to produce expertly crafted work. You'll create and manage a diverse range of deliverables such as case studies, presentations, marketing collateral, and other visual materials that strategically represent our clients' brands. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all visual concepts are not only aligned with client objectives but also executed with precision and consistency. Your contributions will be essential in delivering polished and impactful visual solutions that enhance our clients' brand narratives and help them achieve their business goals.

The salary range for this role starts at $100,000, with a preference for contract-to-permanent candidates to ensure a mutual fit. The expectation will be to convert to full-time after 3-months. This role is based in NYC (Brooklyn) with a flexible hybrid work schedule.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring clients' brands to life across diverse media and platforms. Drive production of design assets with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards and specifications.
- Design, modify, and resize assets for social, paid advertising, web, email campaigns, presentations, events, websites, print, and more.
- Work with stakeholders to interpret and transform information into clear and compelling charts, graphs, icons, graphics, etc to convey information in an easily digestible format.
- Develop and maintain tools and templates to ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all touch points.
- Build visually engaging and on-brand presentations (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote) that communicate complex business concepts clearly and effectively.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design and production processes and stay ahead of emerging trends in presentation design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, clarify design requirements, deliver effective solutions and assets that exceed expectations
- Perform thorough quality assurance assessments on designs to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines and specifications before final delivery.
- Ensure all project and design files are consistently organized and adhere to the agency's naming conventions. Maintain proper version control to streamline collaboration and ensure easy file retrieval for team members.
- Provide support to teammates across projects throughout each phase while having a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, ensuring project teams are always supported.
What You'll Bring
- You have 6+ years of production design experience, preferably within a creative agency.
- You possess a passion for design excellence, coupled with a deep understanding of digital and print production processes. Your keen attention to detail ensures that existing design systems are meticulously executed across all platforms and mediums.
- You're proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Keynote, and PowerPoint.
- You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates the ability to execute on a wide range of design projects.
- You're a self-starter who can work independently, thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, and effectively meet deadlines.
- You have concise written and verbal communication skills
- You are passionate about growth, and are excited about continuously expanding your skillsets and contributing to new types of projects.
