Title: Production Manager
Location: Downey, CA 90241
Salary: $115,000 - $125,000

Founded in 1959 we are a 250-employee company with 7 locations across the United States with our headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA. We are an industry leader in providing Passivation, Precision Cleaning and High-Purity Chemical Cleaning services for a wide variety of "cleanliness sensitive" critical systems and components servicing over 15 sectors including: Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Semiconductor, and other selected Industrial markets. We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee operations within our California Cleanroom located in Downey, CA.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage and oversee all facility operations including Preclean, LCC, Lab, Packaging, and Cymer cells
• Execute the production schedule to meet and exceed customer requirements while balancing production floor capacity
• Develop and track KPI's to provide clear visibility into operations process and execution
• Manage direct labor and material costs to align with plant and company goals and objectives
• Lead the Operations Team including staffing and performance, skill and career development, motivation, performance evaluation, salary planning, work prioritization and technical oversight of work product.

What You Need for this Position

• Bachelors Degree in engineering, science, or related field
• 5+ years as manufacturing, production, or operations manager
• Precision Cleaning and/or Cleanroom experience
