Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee the production of a state-of-the-art photovoltaic cell manufacturing plant with an annual output of 5 GW, equivalent to approximately 20,000 high-power modules per day. Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee the production of a state-of-the-art photovoltaic cell manufacturing plant with an annual output of 5 GW, equivalent to approximately 20,000 high-power modules per day. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations, high-quality production, and a safe work environment. The Production Manager will lead a team of 20 workers in the packing manufacturing process, directly managing all activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Photovoltaic (PV) cell manufacturing: Manage the production of approximately 20,000 high-power PV modules on a daily basis.
  • Wire Connection & Testing: Ensure proper wire and cable connections are made, followed by rigorous testing processes to confirm the quality and reliability of finished products.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 20 supervisors and workers , fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes productivity and quality.


  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing downtime.
  • Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the production process, implementing changes to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality.
  • Safety Management: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and practices, promoting a culture of safety within the production team.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field is usually required and definitely preferred.


  • Experience: 8 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles, with progressively increasing responsibilities. Strong background in manufacturing operations, process improvement, and team management. Experience in the solar energy industry is preferred.


  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies relevant to solar production. Familiarity with quality management system, Lean Manufacturing principles, and Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.


  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams, make tough decisions, and drive organizational change. Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
