Murex Production Management team aims to deliver the expertise which helps Murex customers in the region, providing a range of services, including support, training, evolution of the platform, and the implementation of new modules.

Compensation for positions at Murex is determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the specific office location, the nature of the role, the required skill set, and the level of experience of the candidate. In compliance with local regulations, Murex provides a competitive salary range for positions that may be filled in New York City. The salary for these roles ranges from USD 130,000 to USD 170,000.

Murex Production Management team aims to deliver the expertise which helps Murex customers in the region, providing a range of services, including support, training, evolution of the platform, and the implementation of new modules.
What you'll do:
As a Production Manager, you will oversee a select portfolio of SaaS clients, taking on a pivotal role in fostering strong, strategic relationships. Your key responsibilities include:
- Building trust and becoming a valued, long-term partner for your clients.
- Develop a mutually beneficial long-term partnership between Murex and it clients
- Advising clients on optimizing their use of Murex and ensuring efficient support processes.
- Establishing clear communication channels and streamlined workflows/process between Murex and client teams.
- Monitoring client satisfaction while maintaining cost-effective support services.
- Ensuring production instance quality by delivering optimized support aligned with contractual obligations, client satisfaction, and business goals.
- Organizing and managing support activities, including defining and refining staffing needs.
- Ensuring both Murex and client teams have the proper support structures in place.
- Expand Murex usage tactically and strategically through the entire production instance life cycle
- Help leverage and expand usage of the Murex Solution throughout the client organization
- Manage change requests, including staffing, delivery quality ,and consistency with Murex standards
Who you are:
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in treasury or capital markets IT, gained within Murex, a competitor, a bank, or a consultancy firm.
- Demonstrated expertise as a trusted point of contact in managing client relationships.
- Proven track record in overseeing production support delivery for a software vendor, including:
- Leading cross-functional teams effectively.
- Acting as an escalation point and ensuring timely, appropriate responses from both Murex and the client.
- Anticipate potential risks or issues and initiate proactive corrective actions at Murex and the client.
- Managing complex relationships between banks or hedge funds and external vendors or system integrators.
- Ability to develop trust-based relationships with client contacts:
- Proactively providing them with relevant and fit-to-purpose information and advice
- Managing expectations and acting with integrity, transparency, and accountability
- Reliably following through on what matters to them
- Helping them leverage Murex's offering to reach their objectives (business or IT)
