Boeing Learning and Development is seeking a highly motivated Production Training Integrator (Senior or Lead) to join our Boeing Commercial Aircraft (BCA) Production System Training (PST) team. This position can be located in Everett, WA, Renton, WA or Seattle, WA.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the system integration for incoming work assessment, learning partnership integration, and strategy execution requirements for enterprise manufacturing learning. You will frame your work using performance needs analysis.

You will support the implementation of manufacturing learning systems for new programs and sites and will partner the optimization team on identifying and prioritizing the areas of learning for strategic change. You will work with the Learning and Development leadership to lead system execution for learning processes in support of Manufacturing, Quality and Safety functions and the overall Boeing Production System. In addition, you will work with business unit delivery teams and PST Functional Development to develop and execute manufacturing support plans.

This role will require a strong ability to work across business functions. You will partner with Learning and Development, and with technical partners in Production and engineering, supporting manufacturing.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Define New Aircraft Program workforce development requirements (e.g., MQ-25, NMA...) related to PST - SOW and the establishment of new training system requirements. Works with Program Executives to establish the Manufacturing Training Program.
  • Lead the intake and alignment of enterprise wide or complex large-scale learning support efforts.
  • Lead the workforce development risk management system for production training.
  • Lead the process and network for tactical integration with Aircraft/Fabrication Programs to establish workforce development requirements and support plan.
  • Reviews and evaluates implementation recommendations.
  • Analyzes and summarizes data used in support of training system improvements.
  • Develops and sustains productive, relationships with manufacturing partners as they relate to complex and large-scale projects; actively seeks information to understand customers' circumstances, problems, expectations, and needs; presents program level information to senior level customers.
  • Participate on business unit training team initiatives to share and scale best practices
  • Lead the team assessment and triage of customer needs and guide resolution of complex problems; provides enterprise process level leadership evaluating customer concerns, issues, and satisfaction and to anticipate customer needs.
  • Production System Learning Portfolio: Scope Program requirements for work intake, strategic outsourcing and long-range business planning activities.
  • Establish networks and partnerships with key stakeholders external and internal to The Boeing Company (e.g. community colleges).
  • Lead enterprise wide or complex large-scale support efforts.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of current learning strategies and performance needs within the production training system taking into account their impact on the production system.
  • Prepare and present executive-level reports on training program effectiveness and strategies, along with recommendations for leadership.


This role is a high influence position that will help Learning and Development and our partners support the skill development of production team members to become a global industrial champion.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience with program and/or project management
  • 5+ years of experience in a production or production learning environment with an understanding of technical skill and training requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in employee learning and development roles
  • 5+ years of experience leading improvement projects using critical thinking, problem solving, innovation and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experienced defining aircraft program training requirements


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experienced in defining the architecture of industrial skills learning programs
  • Extensive knowledge of the Boeing Production System
  • Experience developing strategies to meet organization business requirements
  • Experience developing higher education partnerships to support production workforce needs
  • Experience in strategic integration roles in aerospace or training industry
  • Understanding of forecasting and financial planning activities

Summary pay range Senior (Level 4): $96,900 - $131,100

Summary pay range Lead (Level 5): $118,150 - $159,850
