Product/Project Manager
We are seeking a Product/Project Manager with a strong background in product development, configuration management, and change control processes. This role will focus on ensuring product integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance while driving efficiency across all lifecycle phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement configuration data management policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Support preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities to maintain an integrated plan in alignment with industry standards.
  • Establish effective communication with major stakeholders.
  • Lead and support change control meetings to ensure risks and impacts are well understood and documented.
  • Provide reports on performance variances, project status, and change information to project teams.
  • Reconcile As-Designed, As-Planned, and As-Built configurations, reporting on discrepancies.
  • Identify and implement system and process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Manage one or more Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformational projects.
  • Identify change management opportunities that increase program velocity across multiple teams.
  • Define and manage a program portfolio to solve high-impact business challenges.

  • Skills & Experience Required:
    • 4-5 years of experience in project or product management.
    • 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
    • 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
    • Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communication.
    • Experience in implementing and optimizing change management processes.
    • Ability to analyze and reconcile product configurations across different lifecycle phases.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • 8+ years of experience in project management disciplines.
    • PMP certification preferred.
    • Experience with PLM tools and change management systems.
