Job Title: Professional Housekeeper for Upper East Side Residences
Location: Upper East Side, New York City
Overview: We are seeking an exceptional and dedicated professional housekeeper to care for two residences on the Upper East Side. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain an aesthetically pleasing and meticulously clean environment. This full-time position requires the housekeeper to split their time between the two homes, each with its unique vibe, and work collaboratively with the Chief of Staff and other household employees.
Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough and meticulous housekeeping duties in both residences, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain and care for luxury goods and high-end fashion items, including steaming and ironing.
• Organize and color-coordinate wardrobes, closets, and other storage areas.
• Bonus if you're open to prepare basic meals, such as roasted chicken, as needed (culinary expertise not required).
• Follow directions from the Chief of Staff and collaborate with other household employees to ensure smooth household operations.
• Handle all cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Manage laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens.
• Maintain a calm, collected, and professional demeanor in a busy household environment.
• Perform occasional errands and assist with other household tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a professional housekeeper, preferably in luxury homes.
• Ability to care for and maintain luxury goods and high-end fashion brands.
• Proficiency in steaming and ironing delicate fabrics and garments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic cooking skills for preparing simple meals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to take direction from the Chief of Staff and collaborate with other household employees.
• Warm, presentable, and professional demeanor.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust as needed.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $40 to $45, depending on experience.
