Education Requirements:
Master's Degree required; Professional Educator License endorsed in General Administrative, Principal or Superintendent
Job Goal:
To provide, schedule, and create professional learning opportunities, both online and in person, for educators and administrators PreK-12.
Performance Responsibilities:
Ability to present, lead, schedule, create and facilitate a variety of professional learning activities both online and in-person Lead targeted professional development and coaching sessions for teachers, focusing on effective pedagogical approaches, integration of technology, and assessment techniques (creation, customization, and facilitation) Maintain a local active presence in the professional learning community Provide individualized support to schools in Kane County, focusing on specific needs and challenges in implementing their School Improvement Plan as outlined in the Scope of Work Regularly review and interpret local and state data to monitor the effectiveness of the School Improvement Plan (SIP) and other key performance indicators Maintain a professional environment at all times Research, provide, or coordinate any resources for programming Assist in ongoing data collection and entry Provide means for program collaboration and development Stay current on educational law and best practices Attend State and National conferences related to responsibilities Work with the Director to procure grants and monitors grant expenditures Maintain regular communication with administrator and staff to collaborate within the department as a team Addresses the needs of the organization with flexibility Any and all responsibilities assigned by the Regional Superintendent or Cabinet level supervisor

Terms of Employment
- Full-time, twelve (12) month year
- Salary, work hours and scheduling are at the discretion of the Regional Superintendent or designee and per ROE policy
Supervision & Evaluation
- This position reports to the Director of Innovative Professional Learning
- Performance will be evaluated per ROE policy.
Salary Range
$75,000 - $90,000
