The Department of Physics and the James Franck Institute at The University of Chicago invite applications for a tenured faculty position at the rank of Professor. This search is in experimental quantum condensed matter physics.
Applicants are expected to have a record of excellence in research and are expected to be recognized leaders in their field. The professor will be expected to establish an independent research program while effectively contributing to the undergraduate and graduate teaching programs.
Qualifications
Ph.D. degree in physics.
