Job Title: Product Manager
Purpose:
The Product Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the company's product lifecycle. This role includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating with stakeholders such as Product Owners, IT, engineering, and finance teams to ensure successful product delivery. The Product Manager oversees the product roadmap, aligning it with business strategies, market trends, and customer needs to deliver high-quality, high-impact products. This position also ensures timely and transparent communication of product developments and evaluates product performance using predictive and latent data analytics.

Essential Functions:
- 20% - Product Lifecycle Management: Leads the entire product management lifecycle, ensuring business strategies are reflected in downstream product processes. Defines product features, requirements, and acceptance criteria to support development, delivery, and testing. May also manage beta programs and create product marketing materials and technical documentation.
- 20% - Market Research & Product Roadmap: Conducts market research, gathers customer feedback, and analyzes industry trends to inform product updates and new technologies. Ensures Product Owners integrate these insights into backlog prioritization.
- 20% - Product Roadmap Definition: Develops and maintains the product roadmap, detailing functionality milestones that provide business value. These milestones translate business strategies into workflows, user stories, and feature requirements.
- 15% - Go-To-Market Strategy & Product Launches: Leads go-to-market strategy and product launch activities in coordination with Product Owners, engineering, sales, and supply chain teams. Educates internal and external stakeholders on product value and delivers presentations.
- 10% - Stakeholder Communication: Facilitates effective marketing and stakeholder communication, translating technical solutions into clear value propositions for customers and partners.
- 10% - Financial & Pricing Strategy: Works with finance teams to define revenue drivers, pricing strategies, and financial profitability to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- 5% - Competitive Analysis: Monitors industry trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies market threats and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
Technical Expertise:
- Experience in managing web portals, mobile applications, and back-end systems (including web services and database implementation).
- Expertise in cloud migration and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong experience in driving strategic innovation from ideation to implementation.
- Mastery in the full product management lifecycle, from discovery to post-implementation analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics for product performance tracking and insights.
- Ability to manage demanding stakeholders in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Product Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in product management and/or product ownership.
- In Lieu of Education: An additional 4 years of relevant work experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
