Description:
Rohde & Schwarz USA, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Program Administrator to support the Senior Government Program Manager in the effective administration of the Program Management Office (PMO). This role will provide operational, logistical, and administrative support to ensure program objectives are met with a high level of visibility, transparency, and efficiency. Candidates must be able to work onsite in our Maryland headquarters facility 5 days per week, and must be a US person capable of receiving a U.S. Government public trust clearance.

The total compensation for this position is $80K-$105K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.

Your tasks
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Gov't Program Manager.
- Maintain and track program schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage documentation, reports, and presentations using MS Office tools.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement processes.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Facilitate internal and external communications across stakeholders.
- Monitor program performance metrics and provide regular status updates.
- Support the development and implementation of program management processes and best practices.
- Manage data entry, maintain records, and ensure data accuracy within program management systems.

Your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in program or project administration, preferably in a government contracting or aerospace environment.
- Experience supporting ATC, TSA, or other government agency programs.
- Knowledge of PMO best practices and methodologies.
- Familiarity with financial and budget management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must be willing to work on site 5 days per week
