RSC2 is currently looking for a Senior Program Analyst to join our growing team in Aberdeen to support the newly awarded SAI contract! Requirements Responsibilities: * Supports planning, evaluation, review and prioritization of technical and financial resources associated with assigned programs. * Supports program, planning, evaluation and financial management functions; as well as the cost analysis and other cost and contractor performance measurement functions for assigned programs. * Performs extensive coordination with the Program Manager, PEO/ PEO Staff, DA staff, other services and industry personnel during all phases of the life cycle of assigned projects. * Applies independent expert knowledge of program planning and evaluation, Army missions, goals and objectives. * Independently selects methods, plans and coordinates the details, and carries work through to its conclusion with minimal guidance. * Completed work is reviewed for soundness of analysis, the suitability of methods used, and for conformance with organizational analytical procedures and practices. * Prepares, coordinates and/or reviews the preparation of portions of written plans, schedules and milestones for accomplishing goals. * Organizes, schedules and assists in administering supporting functions of appropriate meeting for discussion of issues.
* Prepares Department of Defense programmatic reporting requirements, acquisition documentation, milestone decision documentation, and spend plan management.Requirements: * Active Secret clearance * Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or economics. * Experience with ACAT I acquisition reporting.
* A minimum of ten (10) years experience in managing Government programs is required. * Four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for bachelor's degree.
