Help Duties * You will evaluate internal and external factors that influence the resources needed to meet current and future requirements. * You will advise on facilities project development, execution, and design to support facility needs of the organization. * You will conduct briefings to recommend improvement of program operations or objectives. * You will evaluate program funding execution to identify problem areas. * You will identify courses of action to take for repairs, maintenance, and facility issues. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Monitoring and tracking expenditures for in-house (labor and nonlabor) and contracted effort funds to ensure they are being spent in accordance with budget allocation guidelines and mandated service levels; 2) Developing Facility sustainment and Utility recapitalization prioritization listings and monitor for timely execution; 3) Providing technical and management support on all aspects dealing with the Ashore Facility Management program; 4) Providing advisory services to management on one or more shore installation programs (i.e., real estate, facilities, and environmental planning principles, utilities, transportation, programming, design, construction or repair and maintenance); 5) Developing a budget to present and justify to management; and 6) Preparing and delivering oral and written presentations to senior leadership.
