The Leidos Digital Modernization Group is seeking a Project Administrator to join the National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) team.
In this role you will support the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Eastern Service Area (ESA) providing administrative, financial, and analytical support to the task order management team.
Duties for the position include but are not limited to:
This position requires an experienced person with demonstrated office and financial management expertise, superior professional demeanor, and the ability to learn and accomplish a wide variety of day-to-day responsibilities that ensure program success. You must communicate effectively to internal and external program participants in writing, on the phone, and in person to assist the task order managers in accomplishing critical program related decisions. Key attributes include initiative and critical thinking to identify and prioritize actions to assist the task order managers to be successful in achieving program goals.

The Leidos Digital Modernization Group is seeking a Project Administrator to join the National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) team.
In this role you will support the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Eastern Service Area (ESA) providing administrative, financial, and analytical support to the task order management team.
Duties for the position include but are not limited to:
- Preparing job descriptions and requisition templates for new positions
- Preparing task order documentation and cost estimates
- Maintaining staff calendars identifying leave and other out of office periods
- Reviewing expense reports and providing travel guidance
- Assisting employees with time-charging issues
- Coordinating employee on-boarding and off-boarding activities
- Serving as the primary point of contact for administrative communications with HQ
- Maintaining document libraries on SharePoint sites
- Prepare training request documents and routing for approval
- Gather information for, and prepare monthly and semi-annual activity reports
- Take initiatives to innovate administrative and management tasks by introducing new technologies and teamwork tools

Program Analyst Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college with 4+ years of prior relevant experience in office financial management and managerial support OR a Masters degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated persistence in following-through on action items
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite with particular emphasis spreadsheet applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience in producing correspondence and preparing briefings for managers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Concur travel booking and Deltek time-charging applications
- Knowledge with Microsoft SharePoint
- MBA from an accredited college
