Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement earned value management processes in compliance with contract requirements.
- Generate Work Allocation Forms (WAF) for program personnel.
- Track labor and expenditures for program team.
- Generate program financial forecasts.
- Perform EVM analysis and assess program performance; Establish, collect, and analyze EVM performance data reports; identify cost, schedule, and performance trends; present cost performance to Program, Corporate and Customer leadership.
- Support management and execution of program risks and opportunities in coordination with the program team.
- Develop the Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report (IPMDAR) per contract requirements and the DoD implementation guide.
- Develop CDRLs for delivery including Contract Funds Status Report, Contract Work Breakdown Structure, Cost and Hour Report, Monthly Financial Report.
- Develop supplier hours and cost reporting templates.
- Analyze supplier and original equipment manufacturer schedules and generate status reports.
- Responsible for on time delivery of supplier deliverables.
- Manage program Data Accession List.
- Support other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- BS/BA in Business Management or related field.
- 8+ years EVM and financial reporting experience on DoD program.
- 3+ years experience with Deltek COBRA.
- Mastery in Excel
- Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, work well with a team, interact with multiple levels of leadership, and manage customer and supplier relationships.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Prior MDA experience desirable.

- Must be able to travel up to 10%.
