Job Description
BryceTech is currently looking for Program Analysts to support our government client in safeguarding the Nation's security, public health, safety, and economic vitality by enhancing resilience across critical healthcare infrastructure and key resources. These include essential healthcare facilities, transportation networks, and information systems that underpin the daily functioning of society. This program supports our client with geospatial analysis and technical support, information management, operational and emergency response support, program and project management, coordination and SLTT partner engagement, and documentation and reporting.

Job Description
BryceTech is currently looking for Program Analysts to support our government client in safeguarding the Nation's security, public health, safety, and economic vitality by enhancing resilience across critical healthcare infrastructure and key resources. These include essential healthcare facilities, transportation networks, and information systems that underpin the daily functioning of society. This program supports our client with geospatial analysis and technical support, information management, operational and emergency response support, program and project management, coordination and SLTT partner engagement, and documentation and reporting.
The tasks for this role will include a combination of:
- Developing and editing documentation, such as researching methodologies and information from private sector and critical healthcare infrastructure sector; preparing draft and final documents with government staff reviews; and providing professional-level editing services to ensure final documents are free of grammatical and logical errors.
- Meeting and conferences support
- Emergency operations support, including planning, response, recovery, and exercises.
- Supporting training and personnel development
- Public Health Data Analysis and Reporting for public health data and policy initiatives, including enhancing situational awareness by analyzing public health and medical data such as warnings, trends, surveillance, and disease spread; preparing reports and briefings using data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, R, Tableau, Power BI); advising on public health policies and assisting with collaborative research efforts.
- Some travel may be required for this position.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in public health or related scientific field, knowledge of the scientific public health issues and apply them to preparedness and response.
- 4-6 years professional experience
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to process actions in a timely manner;
- Excellent professional communication skills, both oral and written;
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability;
- Highly resourceful team player, must be a self-starter with the ability to also be extremely effective independently;
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Some skills in data analysis tools (e.g. SAS, R) and data visualization tools (e.g. SAS Visual Analytics, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI); and
- Superior Time Management skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an HHS Public Trust
- U.S. Citizenship required
