Responsibilities:
- Work location is 100% on government site.
- This position is a blend of project analyst, office coordination, and security administration functions.
- Provide project analysis, control, and support to government Program Managers. This could involve acquisition planning, contracts management, scheduling, logistics, and review of various documentation.
- Work with other stakeholders to prepare, review, and obtain approval of documentation.
- Complete Purchase Requisitions for office supplies and coordinate maintenance support for the government facility.
- Coordinate acquisition of IT network accounts both classified and unclassified.
- Coordinate and manage conference room calendar.
- Assist the Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) with multiple security functions, including document control, support for test events, and inspections.
- Assist in the oversight and implementation of security requirements for the PMO and various test locations utilizing the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 5205.07 series, the ICD-705, and Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG).
- Provide access control of PMO facility, including adherence to physical security protocols, maintenance/procurement of security equipment, visitor access/escort control, and visit certification processing.
- Assist in annual self-inspections, evaluate findings, and direct the implementation and re-evaluation of the corrective actions.
- Expect some travel in this position (10%), both local and out-of-area.
Required:
- Active TS clearance (must have current Tier-5 investigation) as reported in DISS.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, security, or related discipline.
- Four (4) or more years of experience supporting a DOD organization with program acquisition, project management support, and/or security administration functions.
- Understanding of the NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 series, ICD-705, and JSIG.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral); able to effectively interact with customers, partners, and associates at all levels.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, web-based applications, and databases.
Desired:
- Former DOD (military or civilian) experience, specifically Navy experience.

Compensation:
- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $85K-$95K. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
