This role is for a Project Finance Lead analyst supporting the F22 sustainment program family of the Advanced Electronic Warfare Solutions (AEWS) Product Line.

This role is Hybrid remote: this role will be conducted in a hybrid format, with the individual splitting their time working at our Sustainment Center of Excellence located in Merrimack, NH, and remotely.

This role is for a Project Finance Lead analyst supporting the F22 sustainment program family of the Advanced Electronic Warfare Solutions (AEWS) Product Line.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Providing analytical finance support to our customer's programs; which includes financial monitoring and reporting, forecasting, cost estimating and establishing executable budgets; while maintaining compliance with established business standards, and accounting principles.
- Additionally, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of Financial data to the Program team and BAE Leadership. Oversight of all Fixed Price Earned Value, and coordination and updates of quarterly financial forecasts (FP&A).
- You will also support to follow-on proposal efforts.
- As a lead, employee in this role will be looked to by fellow Finance employees as well as individuals from other functions for sounds financial advice and guidance.
- This position interacts with various functional teams in executing scope under the contact in order to adequately report performance against plan to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.
- The selected candidate will provide financial decision support to stakeholders focused on minimizing risk and maximizing return of program profit by managing financial requirements and program execution.
- This Analyst is responsible for supporting cross-functional program teams, supporting program managers and program directors with detailed and accurate financial analysis while communicating financial status to all levels of the organization.

Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of work experience or equivalent experience; alternatively, a master's degree and 4 years of work experience
- Experience in Program / Project Finance in a defense environment is highly desired.
- Experience with Earned Value Management System
- Advanced skills in Excel & Power BI
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in a timely, accurate, concise, and understandable manner
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence diverse work teams
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast paced environment
- Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
- Understanding and knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies

- Previous experience in Program Control
- Experience Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra
