Asa Program Controls Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucialrole in managing and overseeing various aspects of program controls for ourAerospace Technologies (AT) business unit. You will be responsible for taskssuch as scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. Yourexpertise in program controls will contribute to the successful execution ofprojects and programs within the Aero SBG.
You will report directly to our Program Controls Lead and you'll work out ofour Tempe, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our programsand projects by ensuring proper control, coordination, and oversight. Yourattention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying andmitigating risks, analyzing project performance metrics, and providing insightsand recommendations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement projectplanning and scheduling strategies
Monitor and control project costs andbudgets
Identify and mitigate project risksand issues
Analyze project performance metricsand provide insights and recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to ensure project success
Ensure compliance with projectmanagement standards and best practices
