Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a Program CQV Manager who will develop and own the program-level CQV Strategy.
Role accountabilities:
Develop and own the program-level CQV strategy, integrating quality and engineering requirements across all phases of the capital project lifecycle.
Lead a cross-functional CQV team, working closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee planning, execution, and documentation of commissioning and qualification activities for critical systems, including:
o
GMP utilities (WFI, clean steam, HVAC)
o
Process equipment (bioreactors, chromatography systems, fill-finish lines)
o
Automation and computerized systems (aligned with GAMP 5)
Ensure alignment with clients global validation policies and quality standards, applying science- and risk-based approaches (e.g., ASTM E2500).
Support technology transfers, regulatory inspections, and audit readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage program-level CQV milestones, schedules, resource planning, and budgets.
Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project teams and junior engineers.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
10+ years of experience in Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation in the biopharmaceutical industry.
3-5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within a GMP-regulated environment.
Deep understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, ICH Q8-Q10), validation lifecycle, and risk-based CQV methodologies.
Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation.
