QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree in Public Administration, Education, Social Work, Law, Business or related field preferred
Extensive experience with adolescents and/or older youth
At least 3 years of program management experience
Commitment to assisting students and staff in understanding and working with the school mission and philosophy
Commitment to working as a member of the school team
Authorization to work in the United States for any employer is mandatory.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the Learning to Work (LTW) program along with the Attendance Improvement Dropout Prevention (AIDP) program and attached Mental Health Grant.
Manage all contracts/budgets and provide overall supervisory responsibilities including but not limited to program planning, execution and attainment of contracted goals, reporting, staff supervision and development
Oversee student enrollment and the intake process of prospective students.
Assist in the preparation of RFP submissions as necessary.
Serve as the primary collaborative partner with the school principal and administrative staff for CBO contracts.
Complete program reports on a monthly basis, or more frequently as required
Supervise program staff and oversee the post-secondary, internship, community schools, attendance outreach, and counseling components of the program to ensure program contractual goals
Hold individual supervision meetings with staff and group meetings when necessary
Collaborate with the Assistant Program Director, the School Principal and the Assistant Principal to plan and implement school initiatives and activities
Collaborate with the Assistant Program Director on monitoring intake processes/procedures and outreach to prospective students
Work as a collaborative team with faculty to support student progress
Attend school staff meetings and agency meetings

SKILLS/ABILITIES
Strong program administration skills including supervisory skills, grant writing, budget development and management
Advanced-level professional competency in written and spoken English language is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate leadership and teambuilding skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to use a computer for prolonged periods
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time
