Job Summary:

The Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing teams, strategic initiatives, and business outcomes within a specific domain (Technology, Engineering, Operations, etc.). They ensure alignment between corporate goals and department performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute strategic goals for the department.
• Lead and mentor managers and senior staff.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to align business and technical strategies.
• Drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security, and governance.
• Oversee major projects, transformations, and key initiatives.
• Represent the organization in industry events and partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Engineering).
• 10+ years of experience in leadership roles.
• Strong experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and complex projects.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range-$130,000-$160,000 a year
