- Program Leadership:

- Provide strategic direction and vision to program teams, ensuring clarity of purpose and accountability.
- Planning & Execution:
- Develop comprehensive program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee the coordination of interrelated projects and activities within the program.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including executives, team leads, and external partners.
- Facilitate regular communication, reporting, and updates on program progress, risks, and achievements.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor project managers, team leads, and other program staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Allocate resources effectively across projects and resolve conflicts or resource constraints.
- Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, implementing contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure program compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Performance Measurement:
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs and strategic objectives.
- Conduct post-program reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs with successful outcomes.
Skills:
- Program Management Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Trello.

- Experience in balancing short-term project needs with long-term strategic objectives.

- Experience in budget planning, financial tracking, and cost management for large-scale programs.
- Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in program or project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, or SAFe).
- Experience in managing programs in specific domains such as technology, healthcare, or finance.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
