Description:
We are seeking a highly insightful and experienced program director to play a pivotal role in successful implementations of TCS OmniStore, our AI powered commerce platform for the retail industry. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of the retail technology landscape, expertise in POS implementations to lead major transformation programmers for organizations. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire program's execution and delivery. Your primary objective will be to drive the successful implementation of the key POS transformation initiative, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives. You will lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with various IT as well as business stakeholders to deliver a seamless and effective POS system across the client organization.

Salary Range - $93,700-$160,000 a year
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive program strategy, including goals, objectives, and timelines.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders OmniStore Product teams, COE teams, client teams to define program scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Establish a program governance structure and ensure effective communication channels.
2. Program Management:
- Oversee the execution of the POS transformation program, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Monitor and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
3. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with various internal departments, external vendors, and partners to ensure smooth program execution.
4. Change Management:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of the new POS system.
- Engage with stakeholders and end-users to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide training and support.
- Monitor the impact of the POS transformation program on business processes and make necessary adjustments.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Establish quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualification Requirements
- Relevant experience in a successfully managing large scale transformation programs
- Bachelor's degree required; Preferred in the field of Information Technology, or a related field.
- Retail domain expertise, specifically POS, OMS and digital commerce ecosystems
- Prior package implementation experience in commerce related domain
- Experience working directly with retail and other verticals like telecom, travel, hospitality at various levels, including C-suite executives, IT teams and business stakeholders
- Knowledge on modern composable architecture, MACH principles, cloud deployments.

- Deep understanding of retail industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, with specific knowledge of unified commerce, digital transformation, and relevant technology solutions in the US market.
- Ability to quickly develop comprehensive knowledge of TCS OmniStore features, functionalities, and value propositions and effectively communicate these to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing, engineering) and influence decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
