Position Title: Program Integrator (Operations)
Position Type: Full-time, On-Site
Location: Huntsville, AL
Clearance: Secret
Responsibilities:
Program Integrator (Operations) responsible for providing operational support to the Program Integration team, focusing on developing presentation materials, papers, talking points, and knowledge management products.
Create high-quality presentation materials, including slides, briefings, and handouts to support program initiatives and engagements.
Develop, edit, and staff/coordinate program papers, reports, and documents. Prepare talking points and other communication media to support program messaging, presentations, and stakeholder engagements (internal and external).
Support and maintain the program knowledge management system to capture, organization, and share program information including lessons learned, best practices, and directorate content.
Coordinate the collection, review, tagging/naming, and organization of program information to ensure timely and accurate access to the latest information.
Provide support related to inquiries, information requests, and communication between stakeholders, program teams, and the program office.
Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
DAWIA Program Management and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with DoD/Army, defense industry and related stakeholders.
Knowledge of emerging technologies in missile defense.
Desired Skills:
Proven experience in program management, specifically in the defense industry with a focus on missile defense systems.
Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Education:
Master's degree and 10 years' experience or 22 years no degree or bachelor's degree and 18 years' experience in a relevant field (engineering, project management, business, etc
