Program Management Support Lead (Active TS/SCI Clearance Required)

SSI is currently seeking a TS/SCI-cleared Program Management Support Lead, located in Chantilly, VA.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the programmatic and financial details of a series of programs within a SCO portfolio.

Specifically, the candidate will do the following:

• Work with the SCO front office team to manage funding of various SCO programs
• Work with government mission partners to manage funding and programmatic status of various programs
• Execute Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs) as needed to send and receive funding to other government agencies
• In addition, the candidate will support the SCO program manager (PM) with various programmatic responsibilities. Specifically, the candidate shall performer the following tasks:
• Manage the budgets for multiple projects, including planning for and making recommendations about current budget cycles and future fiscal years
• Develop and maintain briefing products and Project Execution Plans for periodic updates of program progress to the SCO front office
• Develop and maintain briefings to other government stakeholders in the DoD as well as the executive and legislative branches
• Coordinate at least weekly with SCO performers on project status, schedules, budgets, risks, and other project areas
• Work with SCO performers to ensure rigorous program management and systems engineering methodologies are implemented on SCO programs
• Review and provide feedback on SCO performer programmatic and technical briefings, analysis, and other deliverables
• Work with other SCO engineers to manage various studies and programs in a certain SCO portfolio.
• Will perform duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Relevant BA/BS degree (Relevant MA/MS preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience directly related to the position requirements
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Up to 25% travel
