Work Experience Required
- Minimum 18 years of experience in the IT industry, with 5+ years in Program Management experience
Must Have Skills
- Prior experience and good expertise in Data Migration and/or Legacy application migration programs
- Prior experience and exposure to US Healthcare business - good understanding of business entities used in healthcare industry
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and build relationship with clients and key stakeholders
- People skills in coaching and motivating team members and networking with externals
- Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices
- Strong analytical and communication skills (written and oral)
- Structured and issue based problem solving and assessments
- Value analysis and insight development
- Mange internal and external stakeholder expectations
- Ability to work across levels and geographies
- Lead and direct cross functional teams
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
