As Program Manager, you'll conduct program control, Agile cost control, quality assurance, configuration management, subcontract management, management of government furnished resources, risk management, and security activities. Additionally, you'll employ internal management processes that can respond to dynamic changes in requirements (technical and/or schedule), requirements prioritization, and product implementation.

What you'll do:
  • Manage the program in coordination with the government customer PM.
  • Manage all aspects of the program to include operational, technical, financial, regulatory, reporting, security, logistics, integration, and customer discussions.
  • Coordinate with the government customer PM to ensure implemented software solutions are meeting established goals and joint operational training commitments are being fully addressed.
  • Interface with the government PCO on matters of the contract.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Must have an active DoD SECRET Clearance.
  • You have 7 years of experience in software development using languages and systems such as C++ and Python, with a focus on simulation frameworks like AFSIM.
  • You are skilled in building and integrating web services, database systems, and web application development.
  • You have at least 5 years' experience as product or program manager of software development team.
  • A Program Management Professional Certification (PMP) is preferred, but not required
