Over the last 40 years, Gastops has built a robust business which is recognized worldwide for its innovative contributions to equipment health management in the aviation, energy, marine, industrial and transportation industries. Gastops' products and services add value throughout the life cycle of complex critical equipment from the design stage through to in-service operations and support. We design, manufacture and support advanced equipment sensing and analysis products, including on-line oil debris sensors, torque measurement sensors, turbine blade health sensors, and at-line oil analysis systems.
Based in Ottawa, Ontario the Program Manager (Aerospace) will report to the Director of Programs, Aerospace Business Unit and will have a wide range of duties which ultimately focus around establishing and maintaining effective relationships with important Aerospace Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Customers, to facilitating the achievement of sales quotas, strategic program objectives, and the successful execution of program contractual commitments.

What You'll Do:
The Program Manager will be part of our Aerospace Business Unit team with the primary focus of representing the entire range of Gastops products and services to the Customer, ensuring the Customer's needs and expectations are met. You will:
- Continuous investigation and updating intelligence regarding Customer's staff and organization
- Ensures effective points of contact with Customer for matters specific to Customer for all existing products, ongoing development programs, and delivered items
- Opportunistically identify new Customer program funding opportunities
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Gastops' products and services according to Customer needs and objectives
- Opportunistically identify new Customer program funding opportunities
- Closely coordinates company execution and delivery performance
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly/annual initiatives to the Director of Programs, Aerospace Business Unit
- Ensures delivery responsibilities are met which includes; Contract/Purchase Order review, Review of ongoing purchase orders/contracts for the appropriate Terms & Conditions, pricing and compliance
- Develop, implement, monitor and communicate delivery, quality and responsiveness metrics to key stakeholders
- Monitor customer and product support responsibilities to meet customer expectations
- Evaluate customer requirements, including interpretation of impact on Gastops, and negation of responses to requirements

Who You Are:
- Strong Project Management Skills with eligibility for PMI Certification or equivalent
- Analytical skills with the ability to take any data sets and present them in a way key stakeholder can understand and use them
- Superior Customer focus
- Thrive working individually or in a team environment
- Knowledge of Aerospace product manufacturing and product qualification would be an asset
- Ability to lead others who are not direct reports
What You Should Bring:
The ideal candidate will have an Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent with at least 5+ years of demonstrated project and program management experience or related role. Additionally, you should have:
- High motivation with results-oriented focus
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Eligible to obtain a Security Clearance (NATO Level Clearance)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
