Front Office Technology is seeking a Program Manager (Prg Mgr) to support its IDW Cutover Program. The IDW Cutover Program is a complex set of application reengineering projects to cutover data access to the new Investments Data Warehouse (IDW) though a set of APIs that are under development. The Prg Mgr will be responsible for the creation and tracking of the integrated, overall program plan including the schedule of API functionality sprint deliveries and the dependent application reengineering sprint deliveries as well as all interdependencies on other related work streams.
Additionally, the Prg Mmg will assist in the preparation of reporting on progress, status, risks and issues, and general program health reports. The Prg Mgr will participate in scrum of scrum meetings to capture key process blockers help facilitate trade off work rescheduling to maximize project advancement.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain an overall program plan identifying interdependencies between projects and the API delivery roadmap as well as other work stream deliverables.
Support individual project managers in the capture, communication, and escalation of project risks and issues that have risen to the state of program progress blockers.
Help prepare materials for team, EPMO, and Steering Committee presentations.
Maintaining and tracking action items for various program activities.
Maintain and update the FOT IDW Cutover Program SharePoint and GlobalNet sites with appropriate materials, information, and reference documents.
Key Skills
Experience with SharePoint, Jive, Project Plan, JIRA
Experience with Data and/or API re-engineering programs
Experience in financial services industry with an asset manager, hedge fund, or investment bank
Ability to lead and multitask, including oversight of several projects
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong time management skills and ability to execute tasks within tight timelines
Ability to work with a global team
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues
